I received the best customer service I’ve encountered in a long time, and that goes for every form of business I engage in throughout every single day. They were thorough with their explanations and it was clear they care about what they do. There was not a single point in the process of purchasing my vehicle that I felt anything but security and confidence in my decision. The bank they work with even called to introduce themselves, explain the details of my payment terms AND give me some pointers for my credit journey. Today I purchased a 2009 Silverado from Pruitt. I have to say, if you contact them via email, do not judge them by that. Actually talking to these guys whether it be over the phone or in person, you will see the professionalism, friendliness, kindness and honesty. I bought an 02 chevy from them, the truck is wonderful! The staff is also wonderful! I had my rear caliper lock on my way home from work 2 weeks after I bought it, I fixed it, gave them a call, and they were completely understanding! They mailed me a check for the price of the parts! I will continue to recommend this dealer to anybody because they are completely straight forward and will give you the history of the car to the best of their knowledge!

Great place

Very nice and not pushy salesman. Worked with me to get me what I needed. Only complaint..... if it is a complaint..... is that they were so busy while I was there, and only 1 sales person. I would recommend this local business over a big dealership.

Went to look at a 2004 Tahoe and was no problem test driving it. Dean Pruitt was great with us and even gave us a 6 month no mileage limit warranty! He was honest about the transaction and helped us with financing. We would highly recommend this dealership and a no stress atmosphere buying experience. They also had alot of high quality cars & Trucks. Great place!

They were very friendly and honest about the vehicle. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever done. I will look here first when I am ready to buy another vehicle.

We were looking for a vehicle at tax-time, and had heard great things about Castor Pruitt and the honest work they do. We decided to look there first, but the car we were shown wasn't a good fit for us, and we didn't see anything else within our budget. We left and continued our search elsewhere. Two days later, we returned and found a car that was perfect for us...a 2005 Toyota Camry! It was slightly above our budget, but Dean was willing to come down a bit on the price. The car is beautiful, runs well, and is mechanically sound. We've had it now for 1.5 months, and it's a great little car. My husband will be looking for a truck in a few months once we save up some more money, and the first place he'll be going is Castor Pruitt. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Josh & Adrienne Early

I was not looking forward to shopping for a new to us vehicle. Thank goodness I started at Castor Pruitt Car store. It was the best experience I've had purchasing a used vehicle and I will definitely shop there again. The customer service was excellent! We love the 2005 Tahoe we purchased. We told Dean what we were looking for and what we had to spend and he showed us what was in our limits, there was no pressure. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a "car salesman" but someone who was actually trying to help me stay within my budget and get me the best vehicle for the money.

Purchased a 2005 trailblazer a week ago. Very clean vehicle inside and out. Great price compared to others we looked at. Dean was prompt to respond to my initial contact and made arrangements to stay late for us to see suv. Was a bit concerned after our suv failed to start two days after purchase. However after a quick check the battery wasn't fully charged. Since then no problems so far!

We went to Castor Pruitt car store to look at a Malibu for our daughters first car. When we go t there we both knew we had to get her the Dodge Charger. It was a Saturday & our bank was closed. Mr. Pruitt worked with us to be able to take the car home that day so we could surprise r daughter when we picked her up from a ballgame. Also the pricing on the car was at a price we couldn't refuse to buy the car. We would definitely recommend going there for your car shopping needs.
